Max Shrager: Thoughts Of You Vinyl 10″

Debut EP from Max Shrager. The young producer/songwriter/musician is just 20 years old, butalready has some impressive achievementsunder his belt, including writing credits for Daptone and Dunham Records, as well as guitar and production work forDonnie and Joe Emerson and Lee Fields. On Thoughts Of You, Shrager steps out on his own to reveal “the best of everything Ive done as a solo artist up to this point.” The collection of songs were recorded in the past five or six years and showcasea refreshingcombination of indie rockandsoul ballad styles withhis love for lo-fi analog recording techniques. Check “Girls Of The Galaxy,” “You’re Still There,” and “Sophia” for a taste. After listening, it’s pretty obvious why Donnie & Joe, Daptone, etc. would hit this dude up. Comes in beautiful pic sleeve.
