Brendan PerryandLisa GerrardareDead Can Dance. Their music began as collages made from musical lineages, lost tribes and cultures long since forgotten – and by giving new life to so much from the past, they created a genuinely timeless body of work.
Dead Can Dance‘s seventh album was originally released in 1996, and was the final studio album the band released with 4AD (it was to be another 16 years until they reconvened to make their eighth,Anastasis).
