Galarude: Cero (Harvey Remix) 12″

In demand secret weapon of the disco Illuminati! Garalude’s “Cero” previously dropped on a limited Japan only release back in 2004 and has been in the hands of only a select few since then. Internasjonal does us all a favor with this massive reissue. “Cero” is a percussive house jam that slowly piles on layers of keyboards and accordion lines until it all builds into a crescendo of sound. It’s one of those tracks that is sure to please anyone who’s been feeling the recent Four Tet or Daphne sound. Plenty of poly-rhythmic action to keep things moving. On the flip DJ Harvey’s sought after remix turns up the Afro-house and adds plenty of Fela inspired horn lines. You can’t go wrong with either side of this 12″. Recommended.
