Kluster Eruption (Vinyl)

Eruption, the 1971 album by Kluster, is considered their most accessible release because it is the only one without spoken religious text. Reviews highlight its status as a landmark of early German electronic and krautrock music, featuring two long, improvisational instrumental tracks built on abstract, avant-garde sounds including distorted organ, tape effects, and experimental percussion. It is described as a harsh but powerful work that foreshadowed the sounds of the duo’s later project, Cluster.
