Last Bongo in Paris: Battened Ships / Let It Be Me Vinyl 7″

Where the B-boys at? Last Bongo In Paris coming through with that uptempo funk heat! Peep the monster break that kicks off “Battened Ships” (“Pro DJ Tip”: doubles recommended here). How ill is that? But let the record keep spinning and you’ll be treated to uplifting soul-funk vibes, complete with grooving bass, horns, and lovely feel-good vocals. Floor filler that’s for sure. Flipside is for the lovers with the soulful “Let It Be Me.” Thanks to Cleon & Jazzy Pidjay (aka LBIP) for giving new life to these forgotten musical treasure.
