MGMT Congratulations (Vinyl)

MGMT’s follow up to Oracular Spectacular, 2010’s Congratulations, aimed for a more unified and introspective feel, and was a good deal darker, denser and less instantly accessible than their debut.

Instead of concise singles, it more fully embraced the duo’s interests in waving the Barrett-era freak flag – and the Brooklyn duo delivered a shock psychedelic masterpiece.
