New Arrival Beirut – The Flying Club Cup

Following Gulag Orkestar, 2007’s The Flying Club Cup found Zach Condon further exploring the sounds of Balkan folk music with indie twist. This particular album features Condon introducing the ukelele and French horns into his repertoire, as well as string arrangements from Owen Pallett (aka Final Fantasy).
