NUMBER 3 FROM THE MYSTERIOUS AND IN-DEMAND NEW YORK EDITS SERIES! Volumes 1 and 2 flew outta here with the quickness and you know the same thing is gonna happen with this one. The A side takes the razor to Mary Wilson’s (the other Supreme) 1979 Motown disco number “Red Hot,” slowing down the tempo to something sexy and extending the good parts. On the flip we get a chugging Italo influenced floor filler. Heavy analog synth workouts, sultry female vocal and a persistent rhythm section, yes please. Super limited hand-stamped copies. Recommended.
