Ras G & The Afrikan Space Program: Stargate Music Vinyl LP

L.A. beat scene starfleet commander returns to Matthewdavids Leaving Records with another volume of wobbly riddims from the outer limits!Ras G has been soundtracking the bassier end of the space/time continuum for over a decade now, but this time he turns his focus inward – more inward than most are willing to go – with ten tracks devoted to a different kind of Stargate: Stargate Music is a record that I livicated to the Womb-manto the Vagina, The Stargate from which beings emanate life on this planet. I gathered these sound pieces and presented it as a reflection of the life cycle of beings on this planet. Longtime devotees of the sound wont be disappointed by this fleshy new subject matter though; theres still enough stardust dripping from these drums to keep the likes of Kurt Russell happy. Check out The Nector Of Stargate, Intimate Reconnections and Primordial Water Formations 1 and 2.
