Same Name Confusion – SNC (Vinyl)

Enigmatic bandSame Name Confusionreturns after a multi-year hiatus with their second full-length album,SNC. Born from a long-distance collaboration between Auckland and Melbourne, this record is a product of “slow” songwriting that balances a groove-focused,Randy Newman-inspired wit with a knack for finding playful, absurd beauty in everyday life.
Tracked live over three days at Wellington’s The Surgery Studio,SNCcaptures the raw, organic energy of a full band in a room with minimal overdubs. The result? An infectious, toe-tapping blend of sharp self-deprecation and irresistible rhythm.”For me this record is a groove record. Its meant for dancing or at the very least tapping your toes with a grin.” Andrej Radosavljevic
