Shit Robot: Answering Machine Remixes (Motor City Drum Ensemble) 12″

DFA taps Motor City Drum Ensemble for a remix of Shit Robot’s “Answering Machine” and MCDE transforms the track into a deep space Detroit thumper, a far cry from the original off Shit Robot’s full length Cradle To The Rave. Not to be missed for fans of wide open, spaced-out house grooves and MCDE completists. Also includes a pair of remixes from DFA label mates Planningtorock (who actually rock the vocals on the original version) – the avant minimalist Pizzo mix, and the washed out atmospheric Whisper mix.
